Pack 1

This will consist of an online consultation to identify your goals and how I can best help you as an individual. Following that, you will receive a bespoke program as well as fortnightly check-ins to follow up on your progress and adapt the program accordingly. The first follow-up consultation is included, any other thereafter will require a top-up payment of £80.

 

Pack 2

As well as including the initial consultation and the bespoke program, you will also have access to online or in-person personal training sessions (as preferred and accessible for you) which you can buy either as a pack or individually as a top-up (available to choose in the next section). The sessions have to be used within the month.

Top-up sessions

If you would rather schedule sessions as you go without the commitment, you can do so by purchasing top-up sessions.

 

Weekly meal tracker check-ins

This pack is designed for you to go further in your journey by giving you weekly insight on your nutrition habits. You will have to complete a food tracker template every week and we will schedule an online session to talk through those choices and what you can do to improve your health on this part of your life.
