A bit of randomness #1

I know, 1 day late, hopefully this will not become a trend!

I have been planning my move which is happening next week the whole day yesterday and then my brain was fried ^^’

So, a bit of randomness this week, because I was not too sure if there was anything in particular I wanted to talk about.

First things first, I am very happy to say that I have finally taken a step towards buying more second-hand clothing items. It was something I had wanted to do for a while in order to not encourage the fast fashion industry anymore, but I had not taken the time to do so yet. Thus, I am very proud of having taken that step!

Secondly, I have finished most of my skincare products now, but I really want to look for more eco-friendly products, and hopefully locally sourced and produced, so before re-ordering the same old products I used to, I really want to research this more. Any suggestion is absolutely more than welcome.

Thirdly, I want to quickly chat about video games. I had never been an active gamer until the first lockdown, when I was living with someone who really enjoys it. And I have to say, I seriously became hooked! It started by playing the RPG Divinity (the second one, I believe), and I absolutely love it!

I have recently been watching the latest Hidden Cup tournament on T90’s YouTube channel, and I found it quite entertaining! It is a competition played on a game called Age of Empires, and it is all about strategy, growing your economy whilst defending your civilisation, and I really want to start playing it now.

Lately, I have been playing on Civilisation VI, Stardew Valley and For The King, and I have really been loving it. It has actually somewhat boosted my productivity and motivation, as I use it like a form of reward: “If I manage to finish those two things on my to-do list today, I will play for about an hour”.

Anyway, that is it for my little bit of randomness!

I hope everyone has a lovely Easter weekend!

Sending you biiiiiiiiig virtual hugs and love,

Clara xx
